To provide the service, enable user-to-user communications, send administrative emails, respond to inquiries, protect the platform, and identify usage trends.

4. WHEN DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?

With: Supabase (infrastructure), Stripe (payments — stripe.com/privacy), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting). Also with other users when you post listings or send messages.

As long as you have an account with us.

We use appropriate technical and organisational security measures. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

No. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18. Contact support@swapnomads.com if you believe we have.

We do not currently respond to DNT signals.

10. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

SwapNomads is a peer-to-peer platform that facilitates contact between users who wish to exchange their homes, vans, or rooms. SwapNomads is not a party to any exchange agreement between users. All exchanges are private agreements between the users involved. SwapNomads is not responsible for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from exchanges. Users are solely responsible for verifying their insurance coverage before participating in any exchange.

11. VEHICLE AND PROPERTY EXCHANGES

Exchanges involving vehicles (vans, campervans, boats) are entirely at the users' own risk. SwapNomads does not provide any insurance, guarantee, or protection for vehicle-related exchanges. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid insurance coverage. SwapNomads accepts no liability for accidents, damages, theft, or any incidents involving vehicles listed on the platform.
